Fig Balsamic Vinegar

All natural Fig flavoring is added to the Balsamic which has a glossy and viscous dark brown color. It has a velvety texture and a slight fruity sweetness.Our Fig Balsamic is perfect for salads, grilled meats and fish. It is, of course, also extraordinary over fresh cut berries, melon, aged cheeses and for the more daring even vanilla ice cream. Pairs with Meyer Lemon, Garlic, or Basil Olive Oil.
