It is unusual to receive a damaged product from The Playful Pantry. However, in the event you do experience a problem with a shipment, please let us know! We will replace the item damaged in your order, issue you a The Playful Pantry credit or process a refund for your damaged items. All defective and damaged items not claimed within three days will not be exchanged. Item(s) must be in new and unused condition and in their original packaging to qualify for an exchange. If your product was damaged during shipping, you must save all packaging materials and paperwork. We reserve the right to correct any orders that are damaged during shipping or that are defective.
Although the occasion is rare, if we made a packing error, we would like to resolve it for you! In the event that we shipped you incorrect items, we may ask you to hold on to those items and the existing packaging so that we can arrange for a return pick up. If you find that items are missing from your order, we are happy to assist you to return the item, process a new order, The Playful Pantry credit or a refund for your missing items.
We are happy to assist with any returns for items purchased that you would like to return. Please let us know and we will arrange for the return and issue you a The Playful Pantry credit or refund for your returned items, less the return shipping and handling charges.
We offer a period of 15 days from the date of receipt to return items. The items must be returned or exchanged if they are in new and unused condition. Only unopened items in new and unused condition and in original, manufacturer packaging will be accepted for exchange or refund.
Please send the item(s) you want to return by a shipping method that is insured and traceable to the address below. Please pack returns, when possible, in their original The Playful Pantry outer carton or other sturdy outer carton to ensure returned product arrives in good condition.
Items that are not in new and unused condition and in the original manufacturer package will NOT be accepted for refund or exchange.
NOTE: Returns are processed within five business days during non-holiday periods.
